30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in original condition for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@torodenim.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label (US only)
  3. Pack Your Item: Include the original packaging and tags. Pack securely
  4. Ship It Back: Drop off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup
  5. Get Your Refund: Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We'll send you the new item and provide a return label for the original.

Return Shipping

Domestic (US)

FREE return shipping with prepaid label provided

International

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Damaged items (unless received damaged)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@torodenim.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Quality Guarantee

All Toro Denim products come with a quality guarantee. If you experience any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, we'll repair or replace the item free of charge.
